Scheduling Sessions-

The Initial Consultation is free of charge and this can be arranged by clicking on the Contact Us link and filling in the form. Alternatively you can email us directly at info@ionawellbeing.co.uk and we will respond as soon as possible. If hypnotherapy is suitable for you and you would like to book subsequent sessions after the initial consultation, these will be arranged to fit around your schedule. Sessions are initially recommended on a weekly basis.

Cancellation Policy-

Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments requires a 24 hour notice period. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, the full session fee will be charged.

Payment-

Payments can be made by bank transfer. The session fee must be paid on the day of the session. Invoices can be provided for health/ medical cover if applicable.
